A credit card and AUA ID number are required. Registrants who do not have an AUA ID number may request one at Notification of AUA ID number will be emailed within one business day.

Note: If you already have an AUA ID number, you do not need to request a new one. If you have forgotten your AUA ID number, we can have it emailed to you.

If choosing a registration category that requires a copy of your valid state issued license, please fax to 410-689-3912 at the time of registration. Failure to provide the required documentation will delay and possibly void your registration.

The registration fee for AUA2015 includes the following:

  • access to all plenary, poster, podium, forum and video sessions
  • nine hours of live surgery programming
  • a full day of programs devoted to urologic research on Friday, May 15
  • access to Specialty Society and International Society meetings
  • entrance to the Science and Technology Hall
  • use of the shuttle service between the New Orleans Morial Convention Center and official AUA Hotels (excludes hotels within walking distance)
  • publications—Meeting Program, AUA Online Program Abstracts, AUA Daily News, Schedule at a Glance and Daily Planner
  • AUA2015 Mobile App
  • AUA2015 Itinerary Builder

Additional registration fees apply for the following:

  • Practice Management Conference

AUA members are eligible to attend the Annual Meeting at a discounted rate. Applicants for Membership must submit the required paperwork by January 5, 2015. Applicants will receive an email regarding membership status in order to meet early-bird deadline of February 20, 2015.

Consent to Use of Photographic Images

Registration and attendance at or participation in AUA meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to AUA's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.

IC/PG Course Pass
The IC/PG Course Pass provides maximum convenience and flexibility! No advance planning or registration – just purchase the IC/PG Course Pass and you have unlimited access to more than 90 IC/PG courses!

Important Information about the IC/PG Course Pass

  • Included in the IC/PG Course Pass is a USB of the IC/PG course handouts. Please pick up your USB in Registration.
  • IC/PG Course handouts will be available online beginning April 15, 2015. Handouts can be downloaded and/or printed at home. Print stations will not be available at the meeting.
  • Individual tickets to IC/PG Courses are no longer available.
  • IC/PG Course Passes are not transferrable.
  • AUA has planned seating to maximize capacity and to comply with Fire Marshal regulations. Seating is available on a first-come, first-serve basis, so please plan accordingly.

Annual Meeting Cancellation Policy

To cancel any part of your Annual Meeting registration (this includes registration for the Annual Meeting, IC/PG Course Pass, Grand Reception, Practice Management Conference and Hands-on courses), you must submit a written request on or before April 16, 2015. Cancellation requests received by this date will be honored less a $75 administrative processing fee per request. No refunds will be honored on requests received on or after April 17, 2015.
